Elevating the Voice of Youth: Ms. Swati Kamboj’s Journey to Vice Principal
Tarapore School proudly announces the appointment of Ms. Swati Kamboj as our Vice Principal. Ms. Kamboj's educational journey began at Sacred Heart Convent School, where she was guided by Ms. Amy Billimoria. She holds a Master’s in English, a B.Ed. (English and History), and a TEFL/TESOL certification from the London School for Teachers.
In 2019, Ms. Kamboj joined Tarapore School as the Teacher in Charge of the ISC Department, specialising in English. Alongside her role at Tarapore School, she worked part-time in 2020 with Career Labs, an ed-tech company, as a Content Publisher. Under the mentorship of Ms. Tina Bodhanwala Sood, Ms. Ishita Dey, and Ms. Nargis A Madon, she refined her leadership and educational skills, playing a crucial role in curriculum development, student welfare, and collaboration with staff. A diploma in Communicative English further enriched her ability to connect and engage effectively. Her expertise has been recognized through her roles as an assessor for ISC board papers and as an external assessor at XLRI
Ms. Kamboj embodies Tarapore School's commitment to balancing youthful innovation with experienced guidance. Her academic contributions, including a dissertation on "Gender Equation in Postcolonial Studies" and various publications, demonstrate her deep engagement with literature and education. She has also received accolades such as the Teacher’s Excellence Award and the Changemaker Award in Academic Excellence at Tarapore School.
As Vice Principal, Ms. Kamboj is dedicated to fostering a positive and dynamic learning environment, guiding Tarapore School towards continued excellence.
