After spending a lifetime in the field of business, transport and construction, Mr. B. D. Bodhanwala decided to contribute to society by starting two schools in Jamshedpur which would provide quality education at an affordable cost. The intention of starting these schools was to provide education with a strong value set to the city. He envisioned that children from mediocre backgrounds should have the opportunity to study in an environment which was stress-free and at par with all quality institutions.
The Chairman has been known in the town of Jamshedpur as a great social worker and as someone who always put others’ needs before his own. It is this value that he has cascaded down to every stakeholder of the two schools. It is always with a sense of pride and admiration that the Chairman is spoken about, not just for the great contribution he has made in the field of education, but also as an inspiring leader for all.
He believes that –

• Instilling correct values is more important than attaining academic qualifications.
• Students should not be unnecessarily burdened with facts, but should be made to understand concepts better.
• Each citizen is responsible for his surroundings and should work for its improvement.
• Happiness comes from giving.
